Jordan P. Carter is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners (SIG), advising entrepreneurs and independent sponsors in the search fund and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) space on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and capital raises. As an investor in multiple private equity and search-sourced companies, Jordan is also the CEO of B&A Group, acquired through a self-funded search. His prior experience includes working with the former Secretary of the U.S. Navy and roles at Centerbridge Partners, J.F. Lehman & Company, and Centerview Partners. This diverse background equips him with extensive insights into acquisitions, operations, and capital deployment, making him a valuable resource for searchers. Jordan holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and a BS in Economics and BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He serves on multiple boards and is an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
